1. Site Assessment
The first phase starts with an on-site consultation, where we’ll walk through your space and discuss your goals, vision, and requirements. During this meeting, I’ll take photos and measurements to better understand the scope of your project and how best to bring your ideas to life.

2. Let’s Talk About That Budget
With your vision in mind, I’ll help you build a realistic, workable budget that reflects your priorities. We'll review what matters most to you and make thoughtful adjustments as needed to stay on track—without compromising on style or function.

3. Design Proposal
After the site visit and budget discussion, I’ll provide a clear, detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, your investment, and how we’ll work together. This ensures transparency and sets the foundation for a smooth design experience from start to finish.

4. Schematic Design
This is the creative exploration phase. I’ll develop and present two distinct design concepts tailored to your space and needs. These initial ideas will help clarify the direction of your project and give you a strong visual starting point.

5. Design Development
Once you’ve selected a concept, we’ll refine it into a detailed plan. I’ll create floor plans, elevations, and a presentation board (digital, traditional, or both), along with 3D renderings and a virtual walkthrough of your space. If needed, I’ll source products, furniture, and décor that align with the overall vision.

6. Let’s Get to Work
When the design is finalized, I’ll coordinate with trusted trades and suppliers to bring your project to life. We’ll do a pre-construction walkthrough, review final drawings and schedules, and clarify expectations. At this stage, all final details and firm costs will be presented—so you know exactly what to expect.

7. Project Oversight & Completion
From here on, you can relax while I manage the process—ensuring every detail is executed with care, on budget, and on time. I’ll be your point of contact throughout, making sure everything runs smoothly and the finished space exceeds your expectations.
